Seasons of Strength Personal Training

My name is Tatum Gonzales, I am a wife and mother of two, and I have been Personal Training since I became certified in 2015. I have always had a heart for serving women in their health and fitness pursuits, but it wasn't until I became a mother myself that I realized the need for specialized guidance for moms in the fitness world. After grappling with my own prenatal and postpartum challenges, I made it my mission to help other mothers feel and function their best through the changes and demands of motherhood.

In 2021 I became certified as a Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and have since been providing personal training services for expecting and postpartum mothers. My goal with each client isn't just to help them get stronger, but also to teach them about the changes in their body throughout motherhood, and help make exercise a doable and consistent part of their lives.

I use a hybrid method of personal training and personalized exercise programming, which means that I train clients during their sessions and teach them how to perform exercises with confidence, and I also provide them with customized workouts to do on their own. Not only has this training model been very effective for my clients' strength and functionality, but it has also helped empower them to exercise independently and consistently. This means that over time, my clients learn how to exercise well on their own and foster an active lifestyle. I like to describe my personal training style as compassionate coaching- helping each client learn how to move their bodies well, and encouraging and supporting them as they grow in their strength and capabilities. I provide in-person training throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex as well as virtual training.
